Brad Williams

Qualified Sports Scientist

Brad was born and bred in the beautiful Cape Town. He has always had a passion for sports and needed to know more from a young age. Growing up, he played many sports at various levels, including cricket, soccer, squash, golf, and more. Taking extra mural sports science modules in high school was only the beginning – the spark of his journey. With two degrees in Sports Science from Stellenbosch University (BA Sports Science & BSc Hons in High Performance) he has launched his business which is still growing today.

Brad developed a special interest in high performance during university. He had the privilege of working with super rugby teams, world class runners, national hockey teams, and even SA’s cricketing Proteas themselves. Through this, Brad’s business quickly grew, and the journey began.

Since then, Brad has worked at all the major road and trail running events in Cape Town’s calendar, including Cape Town Marathon, Ultra trail Cape Town, Gun Run, Two Oceans, and more. He’s hosted the recovery at Varsity Cups, USSA tournaments and even World Cups. Brad has spent months on expeditions through Europe, Brazil and on his home turf in South Africa supporting world class level athletes, including Carlos Herrera, Mina Guli, Luis Mejia, Cody Reed, and more.

So, whether you’re a couch-to-5km, marathon-to-100 miler, or simply returning from injury, Brad is your guy.
