I was introduced to yoga on a whim when I went to a class with my sister in 2007 and fell in love from the get go.
I did my teacher training in 2011 and received my 200hr certification in 2012.
Yoga brings me a sense of peace & calm, an understanding of myself and what I can teach others.
I’m hoping that when you leave my classes you are feeling relaxed & refreshed and ready for the next one.
Classes will be held from 16:30-17:30 Tues – Thur and for those that would like private classes, I will be holding one one ones over the weekends.

Hatha Yoga focuses on physical postures and breathing techniques. It’s a great starting point for beginners or those seeking a gentle, more restorative practice as it’s a slower paced practice involving holding poses for several breaths.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is known for its fluid, dance-like, flowing sequences that link movement with breath. Poses are strung together to create a continuous flow, with each inhale & exhale corresponding to a specific movement.
1 on 1 is a customised yoga session with a single student. This allows for more personalised attention on the students specific goals, such as improving flexibility, building strength or addressing an injury. This class is adapted to the students pace, comfort levels & needs. Also known as Private Yoga.
